Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in cement sales in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully dealing with Readymix and Precast companies in the region. As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to introduce our client's products to potential customers and increase sales in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers in the Readymix and Precast industries in the UAE
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
• Keep track of sales data and prepare reports for management
• Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote our products and network with potential clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cement sales in the UAE
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients
• Knowledge of the Readymix and Precast industries in the UAE
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid UAE driving license
