Job Description

This role is built for sales professionals who want more... more ownership, more momentum, and more impact. As a Sales Executive within CareDimensions, you’ll be responsible for driving net‑new growth for our CareRouter, EVV, and Telehealth solutions in one of healthcare’s fastest‑evolving markets. You’ll hunt, win, and expand relationships with provider organizations facing real pressure around compliance, access, and virtual care, and you’ll bring solutions that solve those problems head‑on.

This is not a maintenance role. You’ll own your territory, create your own pipeline, and run complex, high‑value sales cycles from first conversation to close. The strongest candidates bring EMR or healthcare technology sales experience, ideally with Netsmart or similar platforms, and are motivated by competition, accountability, and results. If you’re driven to outpace quota, build influence in the EVV and Telehealth space, and accelerate your career with a market leader, this role gives you the platform to do exactly that. Expect visibility, opportunity, and the ability to directly control your success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and participate in strategic sales pursuits for assigned clients to meet and exceed annual quota

  • Forecast accurately and close business on time

  • Conduct initial evaluation of prospective clients; identify and prioritize client’s business needs and suggest appropriate solutions to match those needs

  • Understand and position new and existing solutions for growth within our current client base

  • Actively participate in demand generation campaigns to create pipeline

  • Generate, manage and grow new business by prospecting for new clients in person and via the telephone and cultivating regular direct contact with all prospective new clients

  • Work with technical and marketing support staff to qualify and complete RFPs

Qualifications
Required

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 4 years of sales experience with technology-related solutions or services, preferably with Healthcare solutions

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.

Expectations

  • Up to 50% travel
