About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious go-getter who doesn’t take no for an answer — someone who’s driven to make a real difference in the lives of shrimp farmers. Your mission: help farmers help themselves by introducing them to HydroNeo’s technology and guiding them from gut-feeling decisions to data-driven, professional farm management The role is mostly office/home-based — focused on high-volume outreach via calls and video — but also includes occasional farm visits, expos, and local events when needed to close deals and build trust in person.
