Position Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth and developing customer relationships for Agriculture-related services within the Commodities, Trade & Development (CTD) business line. The role focuses on sales, marketing, key account management, and business development activities to expand market presence, generate new business opportunities, and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients in the agricultural and commodities sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Agriculture-related services, including inspection, testing, certification, fumigation, pest control, and other CTD service offerings.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the agriculture, grain, rice, commodities, and related sectors.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support the execution of business growth strategies.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to prospective clients.
• Conduct contract negotiations and manage the sales cycle from lead generation through contract award.

Key Account Management:

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts in the rice, grain, agricultural commodities, BOI-related businesses, liquid cargo, and other strategic customer segments.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement and effective account management.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and increase customer retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and coordinate support from operational teams as required.

Marketing & Customer Engagement:

• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to increase market awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Participate in industry events, trade exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and customer networking activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, Food Science, Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer relationship management.
• Experience within agriculture, commodities, grain trading, inspection, testing, certification, logistics, or related industries is preferred.
• Experience handling B2B customers and key account management is an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Good understanding of agricultural commodities, grain, rice, food supply chains, or related sectors.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication abilities.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategic customer relationships.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Thai.

Other Requirements:

• Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development activities.
• Strong commercial mindset, customer focus, and results-oriented approach.
