Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing market share in the agricultural sector. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and providing tailored financial solutions to meet their needs. Your expertise in agricultural finance and tractor loans will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the TFE department.
  • Proactively identify and target potential customers in the agricultural sector.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote our tractor loan and retail products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, retailers, and key stakeholders in the agricultural industry.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and offer suitable financial solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our agricultural finance offerings.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to ensure our products remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the loan application process.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, and provide regular updates on sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or financial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural finance, tractor loans, and retail banking products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales pipeline.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
  • Fluency in local languages spoken in the assigned territory is an advantage.
