Capital Vacations is hiring in Sedona, AZ and looking for proven sales professionals who know how to build trust, create value, and close.

This is a high-income, performance-driven opportunity with uncapped earning potential and a clear path for advancement.

COMPENSATION

• $150K–$400K+ first-year earning potential
• Uncapped commissions up to 18%
• Two consecutive days off each week | Weekends & holidays required
• Weekly base pay + monthly performance bonuses

• Guide guests through the sales process
