Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable XPENG vehicles.
• Respond to and follow up on assigned sales leads within 30 minutes.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, performance, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Introduce customers to related services, including vehicle registration, insurance, and after-sales support.
• Collect the necessary customer documents to facilitate invoicing and complete sales transactions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and vehicle pricing.
• Recommend optional accessories and additional products to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and assigned conversion rate KPIs.
• Prepare and communicate vehicle prices, discounts, and financing options.
• Advise customers on current stock availability and upcoming models.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries with the Delivery Specialist.
• Follow up on confirmed bookings until vehicle handover is completed.
• Arrange showroom visits and appointments with prospective customers.
• Participate in sales training sessions, team meetings, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales orders, and related information.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Manager.

Role Purpose

To promote and sell new XPENG vehicles while building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless buying experience from the initial enquiry through booking, invoicing, and final vehicle delivery.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive new-car sales.
• Experience in showroom sales, lead management, customer relationship building, and achieving sales targets is an advantage.

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.

Licensing:

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Technical & Sales Skills:

• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Experience in preparing quotations, discussing discounts, and explaining financing options.
• Understanding of vehicle registration, insurance, and delivery processes.
• Ability to monitor market trends and competitor pricing.
• Strong lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
