Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and identify their requirements and preferences.
• Present and explain the features, quality, design, and performance of jewellery products.
• Recommend suitable and complementary items to enhance the customer's purchase.
• Achieve sales targets assigned by the Sales Manager/General Manager.
• Calculate, quote, and apply appropriate discounts to jewellery sales in accordance with company guidelines.
• Advise customers regarding current stock availability and upcoming or future product availability.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, collections, pricing, and market trends.
• Monitor and report competitors' activities, market trends, and customer preferences to the Sales Manager/General Manager.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and coordinate with management to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager/General Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within a high-profile jewellery retail environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of standard computer applications.
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong knowledge or interest in jewellery and luxury retail will be an advantage.
