About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement / Sales Professional currently based in the UAE to support procurement and sales activities across construction, oil & gas, industrial supplies, and general trading.

The role will involve sourcing products and suppliers, obtaining competitive market prices, preparing quotations, managing client and supplier relationships, and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source products, suppliers, and competitive market prices based on client requirements.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Prepare and submit quotations to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Conduct local market visits to identify products, suppliers, and pricing opportunities.
• Visit clients and suppliers as required to support business development and procurement activities.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Support day-to-day procurement and sales operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sales, or a combination of both.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Experience in construction, oil & gas, industrial supplies, or general trading.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good client-handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Practical experience in obtaining market prices, preparing quotations, and dealing with suppliers and clients.
• UAE driving experience/license would be advantageous due to client, supplier, and market visits.
