Exciting Opportunity: Join Ali & Sons as a Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers professionally and understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.
• Present and promote new vehicle models based on customer needs.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, performance, benefits, and available options clearly to customers.
• Explain Ali & Sons services available at the point of sale, including vehicle registration, insurance, and aftersales services.
• Recommend suitable accessories and optional equipment based on customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned vehicle sales targets and contribute to overall showroom sales performance.
• Prepare and communicate accurate vehicle prices, discounts, financing requirements, and payment options.
• Advise customers on the current and upcoming availability of new vehicle models.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication to convert enquiries into sales.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper to ensure vehicles are delivered to customers on time.
• Coordinate with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) regarding vehicle registration and insurance requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Role Purpose

To promote and sell new vehicle models while delivering an exceptional showroom experience, achieving assigned sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle purchase and delivery process.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within an automotive or car sales environment.

Education: Bachelor's Degree.

Sales Skills:

• Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and showroom operations.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
• Ability to present vehicle features, benefits, specifications, and accessories effectively.
• Experience preparing quotations, calculating discounts, and explaining financing options.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Software Skills: Computer literate with the ability to use standard computer applications and sales systems.

Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are preferred.

Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer-focused approach, persuasive and negotiation skills, target-oriented mindset, professional presentation, strong follow-up ability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
