Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and performance benefits.
• Explain Ali & Sons services, including vehicle registration, insurance, financing, and after-sales solutions.
• Promote and sell vehicle accessories and optional equipment.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Prepare and present vehicle quotations, pricing, financing options, and promotional offers.
• Advise customers on current and upcoming MG vehicle models and availability.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery with internal departments to ensure a smooth handover experience.
• Work closely with Customer Relations and Insurance teams regarding registration and insurance processes.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within company systems.
• Support the Sales Manager with additional tasks and initiatives as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in customer relationship management and consultative selling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
