As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for the engagement, development and support between the customer and Colgate, by nurturing contacts and negotiating with buyers in order to achieve sales targets and profits. The CDE also provides direction for execution to field service providers to ensure a flawless execution of the 7Ps.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management & Growth: Build and maintain strong "top-to-top" relationships with key customer stakeholders to conduct joint business planning, regional negotiations, and execute category growth strategies.
Commercial Strategy & Execution: Partner with Customer Marketing and Sales Development to build Go-To-Market strategies, optimizing distribution, trade spending ROI, promotional efficiency, and 7P in-store execution.
Data-Driven Business Performance: Analyze SAP, POS, and shopper insights data to track key performance indicators (sales targets, gross-to-net, working capital), identifying growth opportunities across categories, brands, and channels.
Integrated Planning & Forecasting: Establish integrated account planning and demand forecasting processes in coordination with Supply Chain to ensure seamless product availability, customer inventory management, and optimal service levels.
Field Monitoring & Market Intelligence: Conduct regular field visits to monitor competitive activities, evaluate shelf management/merchandising tools, and translate market feedback into strategic commercial initiatives.
