Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities to achieve sales growth.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to promote Menicon's products and solutions.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor industry trends, and provide feedback to management to support business strategies and market expansion.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and other marketing events while strengthening Menicon's brand presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service, support sales operations, and undertake other business development initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Optometry or a related discipline.
• Registered Optometrist and/or experience in the Singapore optical industry will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel locally and occasionally overseas for business meetings, product training, conferences, and exhibitions
