  • Implement Commercial & Category Strategies: Deploy Category Management (Catman) strategies, trade activities, new product launches, and Point of Purchase (POP) materials efficiently across the territory.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner closely with internal commercial teams while coordinating training and performance tracking for third-party agencies and logistics operators to guarantee premium quality of service.
  • Enhance Customer Engagement: Foster strong operational relationships with POS and retail store managers to elevate customer collaboration, share organizational best practices, and maintain highly efficient territory call values.

Required Qualifications:

  • Google Suite Proficiency, specially Excel/Google Sheets for handling large amounts of information
  • Active Driver’s license & skills to drive in large highways
  • Intermediate-Advanced English Proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Data analysis skills
  • Proven ability to anticipate market trends, identify localized business hurdles early, and propose solutions proactively
  • Sharp negotiation and relationship-building skills to effectively engage and influence POS and operational store managers
  • Openness to future geographic mobility and flexibility to manage changing retail territories as business priorities evolve
