Compensation & Earnings Potential

• $150,000–$400,000+ first-year income potential
• Uncapped commissions up to 18%
• Accelerated bonus structure (max bonus achievable at ~$110K production)

Your Role

• Deliver engaging, high-impact presentations showcasing luxury vacation ownership opportunities
• Quickly build rapport and establish trust with discerning clientele
• Identify client needs and present tailored financial solutions
• Execute a proven, high-conversion closing process
• Consistently exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences
