RV Supercentre is the specialist Sales and Service division within Indie Campers, helping customers find, buy and maintain their perfect motorhome or campervan. The Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, helping customers find the perfect motorhome or campervan while delivering an outstanding buying experience from first enquiry through to handover and aftercare.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll manage incoming enquiries, build strong customer relationships and maximise every sales opportunity across our exciting range of vehicles and accessories.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
  • Achieving and exceeding vehicle and accessory sales targets
  • Driving ex-hire fleet sales performance
  • Handling customer enquiries professionally across phone, email and digital platforms
  • Coordinating with aftersales and operational teams to ensure vehicles are prepared and delivered on time
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity within HubSpot
  • Upselling accessories and identifying additional sales opportunities
  • Conducting vehicle appraisals and customer test drives
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the journey
  • Supporting a positive, high-performance team culture
About You
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You’ll ideally have:
  • Proven experience in a sales environment
  • A strong track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident telephone and customer-facing manner
  • Strong organisational and IT skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A proactive, resilient and positive attitude
  • A genuine desire to succeed and grow your career
Experience within automotive, leisure, travel or vehicle sales would be advantageous, but most importantly, we’re looking for motivated individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm and a winning mindset.
