Job Description

City Wide Facility Solutions is actively seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about building lasting client relationships and excel at the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals — this opportunity is for you.

In this role, you will identify potential clients within our target market, develop tailored proposals, and strategically close sales to contribute to our continued growth. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent client onboarding and service delivery while managing your sales pipeline with precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Manage all stages of the sales process, including scheduling meetings, needs analysis, proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize sales potential and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately track sales activities and client information within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account management and service delivery teams.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in facility services or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and working with CRM software.
  • Ability to present effectively to both small groups and one-on-one meetings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
