To drive sales performance and market share growth of assigned biosimilar products in a highly competitive hospital environment.
This role leads hospital listing, price negotiation, tender management, and account protection initiatives in key hospitals, collaborating closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to execute short- and long-term commercial strategies, ensuring sustainable business growth. It also involves identifying business opportunities and implementing targeted commercial programs, building strong relationships with key purchasing decision makers and stakeholders in assigned accounts.
