Job scope/purpose:
Responsible on generating sales as target set and assist on native language-related issued as assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Generate sales volume as per target set or guided by DOS.
2. Conduct sales presentation, tour customers and follow up through the contract signed and hand over.
3. Responsible for all related paperwork and filing related to sales.
4. Handle customer enquiries both from walk-in customers and online enquiries.
5. Assist with other assignments related to own language.
6. Assist with sales administrative work as assigned.
Position specification:
1. Male/Female, age from 22-years old, Russian/Chinese/Thai nationality
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in any related fields
3. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Property Sales or similar position
4. Strong selling skills
5. Knowledge of property-related fields is a plus
6. Good command of written & spoken English
7. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in required language.
8. Computer literacy (Ms Word, Excel & Internet)
9. Dynamic, energetic, pleasant personality and has interpersonal communication skills
