Sales Executive – Healthcare Portfolio

Hybrid: Herne Hill, 3 days in the office
Salary: Up to £28,000, depending on experience and company
benefits
Commission: circa £20,000 OTE
Contract: Permanent, full-time

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our MA Healthcare team, supporting a portfolio of respected healthcare brands across:

  • Animal health and veterinary

  • Pharmacy

  • Primary Care

  • Wound Care

  • Community healthcare

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is motivated to learn, build confidence in a commercial role and develop strong relationship-building skills within a supportive and ambitious team.

You may already have some experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, recruitment or another people-focused environment, or perhaps you’re looking for your first opportunity in a commercial role where you can develop quickly and be rewarded for your effort.

Working across print, digital, events and medical education products, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple revenue streams while learning from experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing

You will:

  • Support revenue growth across print, digital, event and medical education products.

  • Build relationships with clients and support the management of existing accounts.

  • Identify new business opportunities and help grow the portfolio.

  • Learn how to confidently present commercial solutions to clients.

  • Work closely with editorial, marketing and production teams to deliver campaigns successfully.

  • Contribute ideas and support wider commercial projects across the portfolio.

  • Manage your workload effectively to meet targets and deadlines.

  • Attend meetings and industry events when required.

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service or another client-facing role.

  • Experience working towards goals or targets.

  • An interest in healthcare, media, marketing or events.
