About The Opportunity
This is a Sales Junior position where the candidate will be responsible for the commercial success of a portfolio of small offices in Mexico. This will include renewing existing members as well as sourcing and closing new business.
Day to day responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Negotiation of New Business and Renewals: Lead negotiations for new memberships and renewals, focusing on closing deals that align with current market strategies and business goals.
Commercial Prioritization: Manage and prioritize your pipeline effectively, ensuring a sharp focus on high-impact negotiations, business closures, and contract finalization.
Operational Precision in Closing: Maintain high accuracy in contract execution, system updates (Kube/CRM), and handoff processes to ensure a seamless transition from sale to move-in.
Time Management & Efficiency: Organize your workflow to ensure rapid response times and stay ahead of critical deadlines for new deals and upcoming renewals.
Proactive Client Engagement: Foster long-term member loyalty through consistent, clear, and professional communication throughout the entire sales cycle.
Strategic Internal Partnership: Collaborate closely with Community Teams to coordinate office placements and internal movements, ensuring a successful onboarding for every member.
Performance Tracking: Diligently manage your CRM to provide an accurate view of your pipeline and ensure you are on track to meet quarterly targets.
Brand Ambassadorship: Confidently communicate WeWork’s value proposition and represent our standards of excellence in every commercial interaction.
As a successful Leasing Associate you will have the opportunity to:
Nurture, develop, and close renewal opportunities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Source, nurture, and close new business opportunities by ensuring that prospects’ needs are met and exceeded.
Act as the owner of the commercial success of your portfolio, working with your colleagues in the Community team and the wider sales team.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Full proficiency in English.
2+ years of professional experience in sales, account management, or high-volume deal closing.
Proven track record of succeeding in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
Demonstrated expertise in nurturing, negotiating, and closing both new business and renewals (Required).
Superior organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple deal flows simultaneously.
Excellence in customer service and the ability to build long-term, professional relationships.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in contracts and CRM management.
Strong work ethic, accountability, and a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
