The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about health and fitness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate new membership leads through outreach, referrals, and local marketing

• Conduct club tours and confidently present membership options

• Convert enquiries into memberships and consistently achieve sales targets

• Build strong relationships with new and existing members

• Support retention strategies and member engagement activities

• Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems

• Assist with social media, promotions, and community events

• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service (fitness industry experience is a bonus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude

• Comfortable working towards and exceeding targets

• Passion for fitness, health, and wellbeing

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
