Sales Executive

As a Sales Executives at Restaurant Technologies drive new customer acquisitionsacross independent and small chainrestaurantsand hospitalityopportunities while owning the full journey from customer prospect toclose,andthroughthe install processtothe onset ofserviceOur high-performing Sales Executives blendbuildingand managing pipelines,disciplined prospecting, rigorous opportunity qualification, and consultative value selling with strong relationship-building—both with customers to drive long-term advocacy, and with operations teams to ensure seamless installations and transitions to service.

Location, Territory, and Travel

The ideal candidate is based out of the Tampa or Lakeland area and covers the Central Florida territory. This position requires minimal overnight travel.

Compensation

This position offers a base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 annually, paired with uncapped commission opportunities. Ifyou’remotivated by results, your earnings can soar beyond expectations. While typical earnings at goal range from $91,000 to $111,000, high achievers can exceed these benchmarks. Base salary isdeterminedby location, market factors, and experience.Annual merit increases to base salary are performance based

Responsibilities

  • Build&manage a pipelineMaintaina strong, accurately forecasted pipeline in the CRM(Salesforce); proactively advance deals through each stage; and prioritize highprobability opportunities that align with revenue goals.
  • Prospect with disciplineConduct pre-call research, plan routes, conduct kitchen walk-throughs, andschedulemeaningfulmeetings with decision makers.
  • Qualify rigorously Confirm kitchen feasibility, decision-maker, buying criteria, and conduct thorough discovery
  • Validate value Reiterate customer pain points, confirm comprehension, and presentvalue drivenbusiness cases to advance opportunities.
  • Execute & close quality deals Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signature, drivinghigh-quality, profitable closes and hitting monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
  • Drive installsProvide customer support through the install process,partner withoperationstoensure installs are progressing;perform post-install check-ins to ensure adoption andobtainreferrals.
  • Build relationships &network Create advocacy through consistent touchpoints; leverage LinkedIn/social media and local partnerships; attendinternal sales meetingsandexternalnetworking events
  • Master time managementStructure your day with intention,keep immaculate CRM hygiene, andutilizeplanning tools to maximize efficiency.
  • Learn continuouslyMaintainstrong productknowledge and share best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 yearfield salesprospecting & cold-calling experience
  • Strongtime management andstructuredprospectingapproach
  • Coachable and tenacious witha track recordof meeting/exceeding goals.
  • Consultativesalesexperience;excels at discovery, value articulation, and decision-maker engagement.
  • Relationship buildingexperience;with customers, networks, and internal teams
  • Technologyproficiency MicrosoftOfficeandstrongCRMexperience
  • Ability to drivedailyusing your own vehicle within the designated territory, with occasional overnight travel; a valid driver’s license and insurance isrequired

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years offieldsalesexperience
  • Proven field sales success in restaurants/hospitalityindustry
  • Salesforce experience
  • Bachelor’sdegree in Sales/Business or equivalent
