Field Sales Manager – Working exclusively with the Director to Build Client Success

The Field Sales Manager role is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven professional to lead growth in the building‑product manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

You'll become a key interface between the company and its clients, contributing to a customer‑centric growth strategy, reporting and collaborating directly with the Company Director.

You will:


  • Identify & pursue new business opportunities across sectors

  • Manage full sales cycle from enquiry to contract close

  • Respond to tenders with accurate & competitive proposals

Skills / Experience:


  • 3+ years in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in construction/manufacturing

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

  • Experience in project-based sales advantageous
