Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the success of the entity's products and services in the local market.
• Client Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government departments, corporate clients, and other strategic partners.
• Sales Targets Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective negotiation.
• Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery excellence.
• Market Insights Stay informed on industry trends and government sector developments to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Reporting Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Nationality Emirati (UAE National)
• Experience 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably within a government or corporate setting.
• Education Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with the Dubai government sector is advantageous.
• Languages Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
