Key Job Responsibilities
• Execute and comply with company-approved sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards to ensure consistent and professional sales operations.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for Kawasaki motorcycles and related products.
• Continuously enhance selling techniques, negotiation skills, and customer engagement methods to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Promote and cross-sell value-added products and services, including financing, insurance, riding gear, accessories, and extended warranties.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the motorcycle industry, Kawasaki product range, models, features, specifications, and competitive advantages.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Proactively generate leads and identify new business opportunities through walk-ins, referrals, events, and digital platforms.
• Actively participate in riding communities, motorsports events, exhibitions, and brand activations to strengthen customer relationships and brand visibility.
• Conduct customer meetings, showroom and off-site visits, and organize test rides to support the sales process and close deals effectively.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and management updates, adapting reporting formats as per business requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all sales documentation to avoid errors, rework, and customer complaints, and promptly address internal and external customer concerns.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties or special projects assigned by Management to support business objectives.
Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills
• 4-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the motorcycle or automotive industry.
• Valid motorcycle driving license (mandatory).
• Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Solid numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong product knowledge and market awareness.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and close sales effectively.
• Working knowledge of IT systems such as POS, ERP, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday with adaptable working hours based on business needs.
