Roles & Responsibilities
1. Enhance existing SOB with the customers.
2. Ensure Sufficient Order Bookings to support sales plan.
3. Ensure supplies to run customer production lines smoothly.
4. Ensure optimum supply adherence to order bookings.
5. Constant engagement with all internal & external stake holders.
6. Set-up & grow distribution channels for replacement / aftermarket.
7. Ensure cash flow improvement by collection of payments on time.
8. Monitor & maintain optimum stock levels at inbound & outbound warehouses.
9. Monitor & optimize the credit period provided to customers.
10. Ensure quick first response to customer complaints & co-ordinate with QA team to close the complaints within time.
11. Co-ordinate with overseas group companies in transfer projects.
12. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys as per plan.
13. Ensure all Audit compliances.
14. Preparation of various MIS reports for global / local reporting.
Qualification BSc / Diploma / Any graduation (Any specialization)
