Our client is an online HR software company for Malaysian businesses that helps handle payroll, claims benefits, leave and more.

Job Responsibilities

  • Arranging and setting up appointments and coordinating including cold calling
  • Demonstration of HR payroll system online to your customer
  • Building Impact in Malaysia's SMEs business community by helping them to Digitalised their Payroll & HR Processes
    Sense of Ownership-Your friends and family members could use the product that you work on
  • Become Top-notch coordinator and consistently hit and overshoot the given target
  • A pair of Listening Ears- Listen to your customer challenges, identify the right solutions, and lighten up their workload

 Job Requirements:

  • Experience working on a ONLINE sales quota and in SME 2-3 years accounting department/ payroll
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas
    Business-to-business experience
  • Goal oriented, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas
  • Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style
  • Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)
  • Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge

 Remuneration
MYR2,500 - MYR4,000
