Leminar Global Distribution and Service WLL is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HVAC professional with a proven track record in sales, ready to drive growth and meet targets.

• As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.
• Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to promote our HVAC products and services.
• This is a target-based role, offering excellent growth opportunities for the right candidate.
• Must have a Qatari D.L

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong relationships.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to showcase our products and services.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer support and after-sales service.
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities for building client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic sales process.
• Valid driving license and local availability are mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
