This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated highly driven sales professional who understands the value of safety, compliance, and technical services, and can confidently engage with clients across a wide range of sectors.

What you will do

  • Generate new business opportunities across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
  • Build, manage, and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Promote and sell core service areas including ISO support, LOLER/GA inspections, health & safety consultancy, and training.
  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions with a strong understanding of safety and compliance.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads to secure new business.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and site visits to drive engagement and growth.
  • Work collaboratively with internal operational teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service delivery.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Good working knowledge of health & safety, compliance, or technical service delivery.
  • Understanding of services such as ISO standards, LOLER, general appliance inspections, consultancy, and training.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and organised.
  • Willingness to travel across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
  • Full UK/Irish driving licence.
  • Professional and confident when representing the business with clients.

Desirable

  • Experience selling within health & safety, compliance, engineering, training, or inspection sectors.
  • Existing network of industry contacts across Ireland.
  • Familiarity with tenders, commercial proposals, and service contracts.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems.
