Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation-related products for customer awareness
  • Build up corporate customers such as projects, homes in Phnom Penh, there are 3 sites (Takmao, Toul Pangre, Krang Knong).
  • Achieve sales target and expected performance area
  • Approach new prospects and meet with clients, with problem-solving
  • Build up, maintain, and develop customer relationships.
  • Coordinate and implement sales targets set by management, prepare sales and statistics, and related forecasts.
  • Follow-up payment of the customer to comply with the company's credit policy
  • Prepare market intelligence report and market price survey
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience(minimum) in the sales industry (Real Estate).
  • Proven track record of success in generating new leads and closing deals.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
