The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting recruitment and consulting services.
Identify and develop new client acquisition opportunities.
Present recruitment and consulting solutions to prospective clients.
Maintain strong and long-term client relationships.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years sales or business development experience.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
