Job Title: Sales Executive

Promote and increase sales of vehicles beyond the existing client list.
Promote the brand’s marquee by way of visiting customers, attending events, and any other promotional activity deemed fit.
Set up and systematically maintain the customer file and potential customer file, as well as input current customer data and other customer data collected from various sources.
Carry out sales discussions, including customer contact and advice, analysis of requirements, product presentations and test drives, objection handling, and sales closure.
Issue Proforma invoices.
Ensure that customers are satisfied with the service provided.
Receive sales telephone calls and emails; inform customers of all relevant information.
Assist all unattended persons entering the showroom.
Assist in all necessary paperwork to license vehicles for customers.
Monitor the punctual and reliable handling of correspondence covering the sale and financing of motor vehicles.
Update the deposit list on a daily basis.
Make model bookings for prospective clients based on colour reference, etc.
Co-ordinate appointments with potential customers and appointments for delivery/handover.
Ensure that all pending sales are finalized in a timely fashion.
Execute the handover of the new car with the customer ensuring that he/she is fully aware of all aspects of the vehicle and has a safe and positive driving experience.
Receive and resolve complaints and direct them to the relevant personnel for follow-up.
Develop and provide systematic after-sales customer care in order to create the basis for repeat sales.
Assist with clearing vehicles from the wharf.
Participate in the Company’s training activities, as required.
Promote and maintain a positive organizational image and good community relations.
Perform any other reasonable request.
At least 2–3 years’ proven sales experience (automotive sales experience is a strong asset).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to conduct test drives.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays when required.
An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset but not required.
