Our Client a leading products and services provider in the building and construction industry since our inception in 2013. Having networks in Singapore, India & Maldives and capitalizing on our experience and expertise overseas, They also have an extensive knowhow in handling large scale projects.

About the Role:

We are in search of driven and reliable Marketing Executives to market and sell imported building materials such as architectural paints, textures and decorative high-pressure laminate panels. Your efforts will help us meet and exceed our business goals, playing a vital role in our company's rapid and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell paints, textures and decorative high-pressure laminate panels
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Meet with architects and developers
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing. A background in Hotel Management is also acceptable
• Proficiency in English and Sinhala, and the ability to converse in Tamil is advantageous
• Sufficient knowledge of MS Office
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner with a passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• A diploma in the relevant field will be advantageous
• A minimum of 3 years in marketing similar products
• Below 26 years of age
