Y ou will play a key commercial role in the business development of the APAC market, where you will sell visitor passes, sponsorships, and other products.
About the Role
You will be responsible for growing Asia market presence, including existing and prospect visitors and sponsors, with the main objectives of achieving the established sales goals, retaining existing customers, and driving growth year over year.
Your primary objectives are to retain and create value among a target group of strategic customers/prospects for the company, namely:
• Understand and analyze the customer's strategic challenges
• Provide tailored solutions and adapt them to these customer challenges: consultative selling / value selling / multi-solution and multi-product offering
• Adapt your approach by incorporating a data-driven and ROI-focused strategy for the customer
• Develop a network of multiple contacts within your customer portfolio
Responsibilities:
Contributing to Business Development
• Achieving your sales targets
• Identifying and converting opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and new business
• Selling the appropriate solutions following consultative sales steps: preparing for the meeting, active questioning and listening, summarizing, tailored argumentation, and closing
• Formalizing customer needs through sales proposals
• Employing a multi-contact approach
Managing Your Activity
• Verifying and updating data in the CRM
• Ensuring ongoing sales follow-up and activity reporting
• Defining and communicating sales action plans by analyzing your sector and customer portfolio
• Coordinating internal stakeholders in connection with customers
• Managing customer implementation
