Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Customer visits and follows up on customer requirements.

2. Promote and create product awareness to customers.

3. Up-date customer with latest product.

4. Attend to enquiries received through telephone/fax/letters.

5. Identify customers requirements and submit quotation/proposal.

6. Follow up with customers on quotation/proposal submitted end to establish and maintain good rapport with them.

7. Utilize market information/data provided and establish contacts with relevant.

8. Consultant/owner/contractor and invite them for product presentation/seminar/workshop.

9. Follow up in collection of outstanding payment from customer.

10. Perform any other related duties as the management may require from time to time.

11. Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by management.
