About the role
A property investment firm is seeking a Sales Executive to join its growing team. This role is perfect for someone confident on the phone, driven by targets, and keen to build a career in sales.
You'll be selling a mix of property opportunities, mostly buy-to-let, with leads provided. The jobs all about building trust quickly, understanding what investors are looking for, and offering the right solutions. There's a clear structure and training in place, so if you're coachable and motivated, you'll do well.
What you'll be doing
Speaking to warm leads (phone and WhatsApp)
Qualifying investors and matching them to suitable property deals
Booking calls and meetings for senior consultants
Using CRM to track and manage your pipeline
Following up consistently and keeping deals moving
Learning about property investment and how to sell it well
What they're looking for
Someone confident on the phone who enjoys selling
A self-starter whos motivated by commission
Clear communicator who can build rapport quickly
Willing to learn and take feedback
Experience in telesales or phone-based sales is a plus, but not essential
