Sales Excellence Analyst
Sales Excellence Analyst:
Drive sales capability and performance by deploying impactful sales programs and coaching teams to adopt best-in-class sales behaviors, processes, and methodologies.
Your role:
• You will deploy global and local sales programs and initiatives, strengthening sales capabilities and driving behavioral change aligned with organizational goals. You will improve funnel health, sales efficiency, and overall commercial effectiveness within the market.
• You will act as a trusted advisor to market leadership teams, supporting commercial transformation and execution to achieve key performance indicators. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
• You will coach sales leaders to become effective independent coaches, applying customer-focused selling techniques such as solution selling, value-based selling, and consultative selling to improve win rates on key opportunities.
• You will lead small to mid-scale sales improvement projects and monitor the progress of sales excellence initiatives, providing insights, reporting, and recommendations to senior management.
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial analytics and support data-driven decision-making, while building strong relationships with internal and external partners. This role offers exposure to regional commercial strategy and opportunities for professional growth in sales transformation and leadership development.
You're the right fit if:
• You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, Sales Management, or similar roles.
• Your skills include commercial acumen, stakeholder management, KPI monitoring and reporting, sales funnel optimization, data analytics, and training delivery.
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• You’re a strong communicator and collaborator with a proactive mindset, able to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
