Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Sales Excellence Advisor on a full-time permanent basis on our Ag Solutions team.
This position is a remote opportunity and is based across Western Canada

What you’ll do:
Gather input from cross-functional team members to identify and prioritize Co-ops for selling skills workshops, and translate this into a structured, annual sales training plan.
Coach and support Co‑op Agro sales teams and leaders by reinforcing best practices, improving customer conversations and value selling, and aligning on data-driven action plans to strengthen overall sales effectiveness
Leverage data to track training impact, identify trends, and continuously enhance sales capability programs to drive measurable improvements in performance.
Expected travel is approximately 50% annually.
Who you’ll work with:
The Team: You’ll report into the Senior Manager, Ag Retail Ops & Customer Excellence and work closely with the Ag Business Performance Leads. This team lives a culture of collaboration and customer support excellence.
The Collaborators: You will work closely with other functions across the organization, including other teams within Ag Solutions, Marketing, Energy and Learning & Development to align on initiatives and leverage synergies.
The Customers: You will support local Co-op Ag & Energy teams by focusing on building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service while delivering intricate sales training programs and coaching.
