Sales Engineer (Su Zhou)

工作职责

• Responsible for marketing and sales services of Pepperl + Fuchs products in Su Zhou.
• Provide application solutions and product training for customers.
• Be responsible for the implementation of the supply contract with the customer, responsible for the recovery of the relevant payment.
• Understand and accept company culture, management rules, and sales related regulations.
• Submit qualified CRM reports and complete weekly target customer visit rate.
• Work with colleagues to achieve team goals.
• Collect and feedback key product market information.
• 负责相关区域倍加福产品苏州区域的市场推广和销售服务。
• 为客户提供应用解决方案和产品培训
• 与客户签订供货合同时负责落实执行情况，负责相关货款的回收。
• 了解并接受公司文化，管理规定，以及与销售相关的规章。
• 提交合格的客户关系管理报告和完成每周的目标客户拜访率。
• 与同事合作一起实现团队的目标。
• 搜集并反馈关键产品市场信息。

Job Requirement/任职要求

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical/electrical/automation or related major.
• 1-3 years working experience related to factory automation, industrial automation product or sensor sales experience is preferred.
• Familiar with logistics, photovoltaic, lithium, semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, marketing ability and team work spirit.
• Ability to work under pressure, positive attitude, team work spirit.
• Have fast learning ability, can grasp all kinds of company product knowledge as soon as possible.
• Love sales work, quick thinking, basic English reading and writing skills.
• Have a driver's license.
• 本科及以上机械/电气/自动化或相关专业教育背景。
• 1-3年与工厂自动化有关的工作经验，有工业自动化产品或传感器销售经验者优先。
• 熟悉物流，光伏，锂电，半导体行业工作经验者优先。
• 优秀的沟通技巧，市场开拓能力以及团队合作精神。
• 有能力承担工作压力，态度积极，有团队合作意识。
• 有快速学习能力，能尽快掌握各类公司产品知识。
• 热爱销售工作，思维敏捷，有基础的英文读写能力。
• 有驾照。
