Position: Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer
Location: Bangna, Bangkok
Maintain and build long-term profitable relationship with customers by providing HISAKA products and services as per requirements
and supervising service staff to ensure that quality and service standards are met.
Qualifications:
Age 25 year above
Bachelors degree in engineering (Chemical, Petrochemical or Mechanical engineering is preferable)
Experience: At least 2years in Sales Engineer field.
Spoken and written English is an advantage.
Ability to work with team, punctuality and loyalty.
Living near working location or be able to move near working location.
Have own car with driving license.
Healthy (Medical Certificate is requirement)
Ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales service
Achievement of monthly sales targets as forecasted/assigned.
Responsible for taking customers queries, offering an advice/ support on the products, service and providing of solutions
to customers.
Establish and maintain long-term relationship with existing / new potential customers.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Visit customer for product, service / solution presentation.
Supervising and managing service staff and ensuring that quality and service standards are met, and follow all client
service processes and compliance.
Develop procedures and documents to encourage working effectively, problem solving and customer satisfaction
