• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, drive results, and support team initiatives.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp complex solutions.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and flexible team player with strong work ethic and entrepreneurial drive.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Norwegian (written and verbal).

Education & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Surveying, Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
