About the Role

TalentUp Consulting is supporting a leading international building mobility solutions company in hiring a Sales Engineer, New Installation for its Thailand business.

This role focuses on selling new elevator and escalator installation projects through direct customer development, dealer/distributor coordination, and project follow-up across Thailand.

The role is well suited for someone with experience in technical sales, project sales, construction-related products, dealer sales, distributor sales, or building solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and close new installation sales opportunities across Thailand.
  • Work with dealers, distributors, contractors, developers, consultants, and building owners.
  • Follow up leads, quotations, proposals, and project opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and installation teams to support accurate proposals and smooth project handover.
  • Track market projects, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
  • Travel for customer visits, dealer meetings, and project/site discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales, technical sales, project sales, dealer sales, or distributor sales experience
  • Background in elevators, escalators, construction products, building systems, MEP, HVAC, lighting, automation, access systems, or industrial equipment is preferred.
  • Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Practical English communication skills.
  • Own car and willingness to travel across Thailand.
