Purpose of the role
Pico is currently seeking candidates for a Sales Engineer position. A Pico Sales Engineer has a thorough understanding of all existing and in-development Pico products and services in addition to the competitive landscape; s/he must also have strong project management skills, attention to detail, outstanding oral / written communication skills, and will thrive within a fast-paced and, at times, demanding environment. This position will report to Pico’s Director of Sales Engineering and will interact directly with sophisticated microsecond sensitive trading firms in addition to internal sales, account management, product management, and development staff.
The Sales Engineer will adopt existing Internal Engineering standards to create client specific designs for implementation. Work with Senior Members of Internal Engineering Teams on bespoke client solutions as they arise, and templatize these solutions for future use after approval by the Engineering steering committee.

Working Arrangements
This is a Hybrid position with weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from home Though travel may be required from time to time, it is not expected to be regular or frequent. The role holder will be expected to work whatever hours are necessary for the performance of this role (recognizing that it involves multiple jurisdictions/geographies including but not limited to EMEA, USA and APAC).
