Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Technische Beratung und Betreuung von Bestandskunden sowie aktive Neukundengewinnung
  • Analyse kundenspezifischer Anforderungen und Entwicklung passender Lösungen
  • Präsentation und Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte im technischen Umfeld
  • Enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Lösungen
  • Umsetzung von Projekten, z.B. Produktkampagnen
  • Eigenständige Planung und Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen (Außendienst)

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

  • Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.B. als Maschinenbautechniker (m/ w/d), Industrie- oder Elektromeister (m/w/d) bzw. ein Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Maschinenbau, in der Elektrotechnik oder im produzierenden Gewerbe ist wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Schmierstoffe und/oder industrielle Reiniger sind ein Plus
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude daran, erklärungsbedürftige Produkte kompetent vorzustellen
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region Sachsen & Thüringen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Starke Kundenorientierung, souveräne Kommunikation und überzeugendes Auftreten - insbesondere im vertrieblichen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
