Provide technical support for sales activities, including data analysis and application guidance to persuade customers.
Deliver presentations highlighting product advantages over competitors.
Assist the sales team in engaging customers at the showroom.
Conduct sample measurements for customers.
Plan, organize, and conduct product training sessions and seminars for dealers and customers.
Provide software training and after-sales software support for customers.
Train internal staff (sales and service teams) on new products, updated features, and other relevant topics.
Prepare documentation, including technical certificates, operation manuals, and translations, for both customers and internal staff.
Coach subordinates on product knowledge, application functionality, presentation techniques, and effective communication skills.
Develop and manage work schedules for subordinates and the team.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Engineer Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, specializing in Technical or Application roles related to CMM, Roughness, or Contour.
Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Thailand.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and proactive thinking.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
