Our client, a leading player in the interior design and fit-out sector, is currently looking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join their growing team.

Position: Sales Engineer Interior Design & Fit-Out

Industry: Interior Design / Fit-Out
Experience: Minimum 2 years (UAE-based)
License: Valid UAE Driving License required
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out industry.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to assess project requirements.
Deliver effective technical presentations and communicate product/service value.
Collaborate with internal design and project teams to meet client expectations.
Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently follow up on leads.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service.
Minimum of 2 years of proven UAE sales experience in interior design or fit-out.
Strong technical knowledge of interior design solutions and materials.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented sales mindset.
Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
