About the Client

A well-established organization in the UAE providing engineering products and technical solutions to the building services sector.

About the Role

Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new sales opportunities in the industrial sector. The Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling engineering products and solutions to industrial customers, understanding technical and operational requirements, and building strong relationships with decision-makers.

About You

The ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 4–6 years of direct sales experience selling engineering products to industrial customers.
  • Exposure to heating, cooling, hot water, and energy-efficient engineering solutions/products
  • Strong understanding of industrial applications and customer requirements.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and skilled in generating leads, market networking, and consultative selling.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Strong technical presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proactive and organized, with the ability to independently develop new business.
  • A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
