What You Will Do

You will join the sales team in Hong Kong and Macau, supporting and driving sales activities to achieve annual sales targets. You will be responsible for managing customer requirements, ensuring proposed solutions are within project scope, and complying with applicable regulatory and customer standards.

How You Will Do It

• Support the sales team in working with clients, consultants, and contractors to secure contracts in the retrofit and new development market
• Develop base solutions to support clients and consultants across various building development and retrofit projects, including system replacement initiatives
• Achieve annual sales targets in line with the Company’s objectives and strategic direction
• Review and evaluate tender estimates for secured contracts to ensure cost‑effective execution and fulfillment of contractual obligations
• Liaise closely with internal sales and operations teams to ensure minimal lead time for contract execution and material planning
• Lead and support sales activities, including overall planning of sales initiatives, tendering and negotiation processes, marketing, and promotional activities
• Ensure work quality meets customer expectations and Company goals, achieving targeted productivity, efficiency, and performance results
• Lead and support teams on solution design, tendering activities, and assist with site supervision and project management, including after‑sales service and troubleshooting
• Liaise with customers and attend meetings with customers or their representatives, proactively following up on requirements and inquiries
• Ensure customer satisfaction upon completion of contracts and build long‑term customer relationships through a professional, supportive, and customer‑focused approach

What We Look For

Required

• Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of product or solution sales experience
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Experience in escorting customers on factory visits for product inspection or quality assurance testing
• Strong project execution skills, including cash flow planning and project monitoring
• Strong selling, influencing, and negotiation skills with excellent interpersonal abilities at all levels
• Independent, resourceful, strategic‑minded, and able to work effectively under pressure
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Sales Engineer

Preferred

• Academic background in Engineering, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, or related disciplines
• Experience in solution‑based product sales and project execution
• Demonstrated understanding of industry best practices in system solutions and related trades, with the ability to stay current with industry developments
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
