Whatyou willdo:

As a Sales Engineer, you will develop and manage account portfoliosby actively engaging customers andidentifyingopportunities to grow the business. You will build strong relationships with contractors,consultantsand end users to understand their requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and followup of HVAC project opportunities by actively engaging customers andidentifyingsolution needs.

  • Proactivelygeneratesales leads through customer visits, networking, and outreach activities (including cold calls).

  • Promote HVAC products and systems to design institutes, industry associations, integrators, and relevant partners in the region to increase market awareness and pipeline opportunities.

  • Build andmaintainstrong customer relationships to support longterm engagement and ensurehigh levelsof customer satisfaction.

Sales & Business Performance

  • Plan and contribute to annual securedorder strategies aligned with departmental goals, working toward achieving assigned sales targets with yearonyear growth expectations.

  • Prepare tenders and proposals for customers;participateconfidently in negotiation and bidding discussions to secure orders at healthy profit levels.

  • Manage order followthrough, including tracking progress and coordinating with crossfunctional teams.

  • Provide monthly reporting on secured orders, revenueprogressand key nonfinancial indicators.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Continuously strengthen knowledge of HVAC products, company offerings, and industry trends.

  • Gather market intelligence and share insights to support business decisions.

What we look for:

  • Diploma / Bachelor Graduates from Mechanical, Electrical engineering, with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience

  • Self-motivated, hardworking and positive

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and selling skills
